Poem: On the Night of the Strawberry Moon

On the night of the Strawberry Moon
Thunder and lightning that passed too soon
Clouds that race across up high
Hiding and revealing summer night sky
Leaves that rustle in string breeze
Longest day gone with memories
Air is thick and wind does blow
Streets now dry as cars still go
Late into night after longest day
As summer begins, with sun gone away
Only the start, but this season soon
Shall also pass, like the Strawberry Moon
